Getting started
How do I open an account for my company?
Tap "Start free" and sign up with your email. Then type your company name and pick your industry and country. The currency is set from your country.
How long does the interview with the advisor take?
A few minutes. It asks about your business, your customers and what takes most of your time, and you can finish it later.

How do I add someone from my team?
From Team («الفريق»), send an email invite and pick their role. They get a link to join from.
Does my team see the AI employees?
Yes. AI employees appear in the same team list, each with an AI tag and their manager's name.

How do I activate the advisor's suggestion?
Go to AI employees («موظفين AI») → Advisor suggestions («اقتراحات المستشار»). Review the suggestion, change what you need, then activate it and give it a manager.
How do I pause an AI employee?
Use the pause button on the employee's page. It stops right away, and its open conversations go to its manager.
Pricing and billing
What happens when the monthly allowance runs out?
The employee keeps going on extra credit up to the spend cap you set. Then it stops and lets its manager know.
How do I pay?
Payment methods will be announced at the official launch. Until then, getting started is free and needs no card.
