Privacy policy

Who we are

Compy is a platform for running a company with a hybrid team of people and AI employees. This policy explains how we handle the data of account owners, their teams and their customers.

The data we collect

• Account data: your name, email and password (stored encrypted).
• Company data: name, industry, country and the company profile from the advisor interview.
• Work data: the tasks, customers and conversations that come into the platform.
• Usage data: a log of AI employees' requests and usage, for monthly allowances and spend caps.

What we use it for

• Running the platform and AI employees for your company only.
• Calculating allowances and cost, and showing work reports.
• Support and answering your questions.
• Improving the platform using aggregated usage data that doesn't identify anyone.

Who sees it

Your company's team, according to their permissions, and your company's AI employees only. We use providers to run the platform: hosting and the database, and an external AI provider that processes requests so AI employees can reply. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Isolation between companies

Every company is isolated at the database level, and every request to an AI employee is built from one company's data only.

Retention and deletion

We keep data as long as the account is active. The company owner and admins can download a copy of the company's data from the trust center («مركز الثقة») in the app, and each person can download their own data or delete their account from My data and account («بياناتي وحسابي»). When the company owner asks for the company to be deleted, it is suspended for a grace period (30 days by default) during which they can cancel; after that, its data and files are deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted, and to object to its use, in line with the laws that apply in your country.
